Been looking out for reactions from Celtic and Rangers and these seem to be official statements:
BBC Sport - Football - Neil Lennon defuses touchline spat with Ally McCoist
BBC Sport - Football - Verbal abuse led to tension - Rangers chief Martin Bain
To summarise, Rangers aren't to blame as their players were being called names (probably something like "you big jobby") and how very dare the SFA point the finger at them while Celtic should actually be getting a pat on the back. In fact Motherwell and St Johnstone are the bad boys really.
...and to top it all off, yesterday Neil Lennon got his 6 match touchline reduced to 4

Here's my email to our 'most read' papers:
Subject: Reverse the trend...
...of ignoring the wrongs of Scottish football. As a non-old firm supporter I'm used to having to read all about the 2 largest clubs in Scotland in your paper and rightly so, considering most of your readers will support either Rangers or Celtic. My concern is that much like the SPL, you seem to ignore stories which shame these clubs and fans. I've highlighted 2 recent stories from Rangers exploits in Lisbon which are well discussed on many SPL football messageboards below. I have no doubt you are aware of these stories already, as I must not be the first to send you these links; yet you decide to leave them unreported? Is it because you are worried that the 'big two' will withdraw opportunities for pre and post match interviews if you bring them bad press? Are these clubs 'untouchable' in your eyes? If so, shame on you for playing a part in the demise of our country's reputation amongst the football world.

I look forward to any response

Yet more cunty behaviour from Rangers fans in Lisbon; this time chucking a homeless man in a fountain, after pouring beer on him and singing that little ditty about 'Why don't you go home':

Is there a photo of Maguire on this planet that doesn't involve him hinging his tongue out like he's catching flies --->

As if we needed any more proof that the people running the game are fucking idiots:
BBC Sport - Football - Scottish regional league idea fails to win support
Explain why you disagree.
I think it is a good decision.

Really? I met up with her in New York last Oct, as she's mates with the missus. I take it this will be with Pixie Lott or something like that?

You can still see the challenge behind Diouf, but it's semi invisible. It looks like Predator!
Surely there has to be a Zidane one?

Gutted we couldn't get him back to Tannadice. Also, I see that our game tonight is...wait for it...cancelled. Who'd have though it?
Ironically a re-arranged fixture from when our pitch was absolutely fine.

See Lee McCulloch, Kyle Lafferty, Fernando Ricksen, Nacho Novo, Kevin Muscat, etc, etc.
+ Bob Malcolm, Barry Ferguson, Allan MacGregor.

The Dons have signed former hun and permanently injured Stevie Smith on loan from Norwich. He was solid enough when I saw him, but was overated x 1million because he played for one half of the Old Firm.
ICT have signed former Hibs player Chris Hogg till the end of the season. Not great, but not crap. We need another centre half to cover injury and suspension.

Doors at 7pm. That's all I know, sorry...

I'm drinking a 5am at the moment
My favourite Brewdog beer by a mile. Although, I do need to try the new Punk again... as I loved it when tasting the first trial batch.
-
Love it.
*About time they dropped Friend of the Night and Hunted by a Freak though... starting to get fed up of them.

I bought a couple bottles of AP and had one earlier in the week. Not a fan of Porters or Stouts on the whole, so mainly bought them out of curiosity and to give to family/friends as gifts.
Tastes a lot like the Zietgeist I thought. Not my cup of tea, but I can appreciate why people would like it. Cool story behind the brewing as well... The Profoundly Puzzling Alice Porter

I'll be there n'all. Looking forward to it!
Last night in preparation I had a bottle of the mikkellar spontonale, which was lovely. A gueze beer, with similar acidic flavours to champagne or cider. Would definitely buy again.
