Already mentioned it, but Jonah Matranga last night/QUOTE]
I wish I could bottle up the positivity you feel post-Jonah gig, as I've felt brilliant all day; much like the days after his previous visits to Aberdeen.
A wonderful, wonderful, inspiring man

Oooh... can I also request 'Um' for the 2nd night as well?
-
Since I can only manage the 2nd night (1st of June), I would like to request the following songs...
Superhero
Smile
Stay
Hostage
Be Quiet and Drive
Livin' Small
Drive Away
Last
The Greatest Wonder
Feel Alright
Sadie
Another Division Street
Dream Again
If You Cared Enough
Give Me A Reason
At Night We Live
Edit: and 'Savoury' (Jawbox cover)

Yeah I think everyone can agree that Blackburn can Fuck off.
I want them to stay up; purely because I reckon Aaron Doran (who has just completed a 5 month loan with ICT) will be less likely to get a start if they are in the EPL. He's already stated he'd love to return to ICT, so for that reason I would like Blackburn to survive.
I'd love Birmingham to go down, to relegate McLeish, who jumped ship from Scotland as soon as a mediocre EPL team came along. Barry Ferguson being relegated would also be a fantastic thing
Which leaves one more...
Blackpool = I'd be gutted for Holloway to be off the tellybox. Their high scoring games have been brilliant to watch as well. It would mean Charlie Adam's summer transfer would be for less 's though, meaning Rangers get less of a sell on fee...
Wigan = Similar reasons to those listed by others. I hate rugby

I lasted until he started singing, then I cringed and turned it off. How come every football player-turned-singer apart from Slavan Bilic wants to sound exactly like Pablo Nutella?
Ryan Babel considered himself a bit of a rapper...
Pat Nevin is a surprisingly good DJ...

Simon Lynch. Remember him? He's a busker now...
How does he compare to Kevin Rutikekeiiwkjaijiajiwijiaizzzz?
-
This is brilliant.
The whole article is excellent but specifically I mean what is talked about in the first couple of paragraphs.
Whilst I remember...
How easy is it for someone who lives in Spain to get tickets for a Spain national game? The Spanish FA have just announced their Oct 11th tie with Scotland will be in Alicante, which i'd luckily booked flights to and accommodation for 8 months ago! Looks like we'll only get 1,500-3,000 Scotland tickets though which is a bummer for myself and the missus.
I reckon though, that as Spain will have qualified already by then, public interest will be reduced. So I should mange to get a pair of home tickets somehow...

I'll be there on the 2nd night

^^^ See what I mean about the weird punch!?
-
What a weird attempt at a punch as well!! I've tried 3 times now to describe the movement his body made, but I'm still stumped.
ICT getting our bi-annual home win v. Hibs. 2-0 up so far, which apparently leaves Hibs unable to get above their lowest ever SPL points total.

Harper is definitely the best uncapped English keeper I have seen in years.
Another change of subject - look at the banner hung from Ibrox last night:
They are a brainy lot.
What a bunch of prciks.
-
I was especially surprised by the gender make up of that group!
Daft Rangers fans showing off in front of a bunch of lassies, by getting photos taken of them with air rifles and Union Jacks outside the Celtic Training Centre.

Re: Grant Munro's celebration I found it much less stomach churning than Lennon's 'worship me' stance with clenched fists, as he faced the Celtic fans at the equaliser. Lennon should take a leaf out of Terry Butcher's book, where each caley goal was met with a smile and discussion on what to do next in the game.
Grant has scored at least 3 goals against Celtic in the past few seasons from my memory (2 of which were this season); so I reckon he's a bit bored of scoring against you lot now.
Being an ICT fan has been wonderful today

If someone can shop that gif so Neily's doing the skippy part of that run over and over I would be delighted.
I think someone on PieandBovril is on the case, but this should keep you going for now...

I hadn't really tried any variety of beers until I was about 24 or 25, instead choosing to drink Tennents along with the occasional German, Spanish or South American lager. That was it. I had no concept on what other types of beer there were and I didn't see the reason in knowing, I drank whatever was on offer because I enjoyed the taste of the beer.
It was only when I tried the odd bottle of punk or trashy blonde, that my tastes changed and I really started understanding beer better. Since then I've taken a real interest in how beer is made and what goes into it, getting to the point of pricing out microbrewery equipment for making my own beer, using the hops I like, producing beers I will hopefully love. I thank Brewdog for that and it was one of the main reasons I became a shareholder.
It has also given me an interest in other breweries locally and internationally, where I've spent various %'s of wage packets buying beers that I've never tasted before, in addition to plenty of return purchases at breweries I like. e.g. today's purchases from Tesco's excellent deal, saving around 2 or 3 on over 7 of beer; coming from William's Brewery, Black Isle Brewery and Isle of Arran Brewery.
Long story short: I bought cheap beers from multi-national breweries to get drunk... discovered brewdog... and now buy more expensive beer from smaller breweries to enjoy (and get drunk).

some fat naked bloke in speedos was hanging around too.
You mean Hines?

btw... what on earth was the Dunfermline mascot/PR dpt thinking when deciding to make this embarrassment?:

3-0 away win for Caley tonight to go with my first ever 5 goal haul in a 8-3 Drummonds Thistle win yesterday has made it a fantastic 24 hours of football
I've also found out I'll be sharing Hampden pitch with Scott Booth at the end of the month in a Scotland charity match. I'll be moaning at him for not joining ICT for his final season, with him instead choosing to join Setanta.*
*In addition to trying to get his shirt at the end of the match...
