Moose
A bit of a strange thread for this forum, but thought I'd see if anyone knows anything all the same.Due to a series of Rugby injuries which are causing my almost constant pain, my being embarrassingly inflexible and Brad Friedel's recommendation, I've started doing a series of yoga exercises. It's too early to feel any real benefit from them, but I quite enjoy what I've tried so far, so thought I might take it to the next level and try a class. Can anyone recommend one in aberdeen. A lot of the ones I've looked at, while stating beginners are welcome, don't really seem to have many beginners classes. I'm a bit shy about turning up at a Yoga studio as well. Can anyone put my reservations at ease?
Gypsum_Fantastic
I went to one session when I was a member of DW gym down at the beach, the lady was very encouraging even though i was terrible. It must have been good for me as i found it to be very hard work.
vega
I've heard good stuff about both Yoga and Fitness Yoga at the Sports Village.Edit: Timetable and info on the kinds of classes here: http://www.aberdeensportsvillage.com/documents/ASV_Timetable_Sept_2012.pdf
Moose
Aye, I'd looked at ASV, but they don't have anything that fits in with my life. http://www.loveyoga.co.uk/This place seems the best of the bunch. Don't suppose anyone has been?

Stroopy121
Yeah my Mrs loved that class but the times weren't suitable for her. Really good class from what she tells me.xx
