Saturday 9th July at the Moorings, Fudge Aberdeen present:

turning 13, (single out NOW) | Free Music, Tour Dates, Photos, Videos

A dynamic four-piece Aberdeen band packed with enormous riffs, moods that flit from light to shade, and howling impassioned vocals. Following the success of the self- financed mini album Baby Puzzles (2006), show-stopping support slots with Biffy Clyro, like-minded Brit rockers Hundred Reasons and more recently Welsh rock band Future Of The Left, Turning Thirteen headed into the studio to record their debut single String She Pulled with established Aberdeen label Fat Hippy Records.

... And to crown these achievements, they also won Best Live Act and Best Punk act at the Fudge Awards 2011. Good work.

Dundonian funk/rock/prog/indie/grunge/jazz (okay, not jazz) crossover band, featuring Ross from out of The Gothic Dorics and Johnny Skyscraper on drums. Their second gig at the bar, having supported metal lords Sinocence on their previous visit...

Motorhead alway said "if we moved in next door your lawn would die". If [ ] moved in next door your lawn would not change, however every day you would feel slightly more... detached from your life. Every day you would look around and feel wrong. Until one day you come home from work and as you look in your front window you see someone you've never seen before. Someone you've never seen, playing with your children, kissing your wife. Outraged you storm into your home and your children begin to scream, your wife starts crying and begins to call the police. You collapse, perhaps from shock, perhaps from fear but as you look down you see that where your legs once were all you see is mist and shadow. You hit the floor and begin to pass out. Unsure what has happened. Unsure who you are. Unsure if you ever existed at all.
