HateEvent
Yeah it's the Dime one.Best one going apart from the rackmount which is 4 figures expensive!I wouldn't do without my CFH wah now either!
Alan Badge
Cool i'll keep an een oot for one!
HateEvent
Only thing is that they are dear compared to the others. New RRP is 228.95. If you find one for 100ish with all of the controls fully working I'd go for it!
Alan Badge
Ive got the Fulltone Deluxe one that was about 225, what all does the CFH one have on it?Ive owned the 535Q as well is the CFH similar?
HateEvent
The CFH is exactly the same as the 535Q except for having an additional "Fine Tune" control, a slightly extended overall sweep, an additional input on the left hand side (so you can go in and out of the same side, leaving the wah at the end of the chain whilst reducing space requirements on a pedalboard (for example) and a griptape finish which - funnily enough - gives more grip on the plate. The extra input can be switched so that the wah can be used as having dual outputs. The boost control is an additional 1dB louder than that of the 535Q as well
Alan Badge
Sounds superb, wish i'd tried it before i bought the Fulltone. I love the Fulltone though. Its the sweep that i dont like in the Zakk Wah.
HateEvent
I never liked the Zakk. The KH-95 Kirk Hammett one is pretty nicely voiced. It has no sweep adjustment knobs, boosts, range pots etc. Just very stripped down and to the point like the regular GCB-95 Crybaby. Just a metallic green finish, a big skeleton print on the plate and a higher price tag than a normal one. It does sound good though.I still prefer the CFH.
