There are far too many bullshitters getting work these days. I for the life of me can't bullshit at interview, I have tried and failed, luckily its been for jobs I wasn't particularly keen on taking up, I'd applied for the mere sake of applying for it. I have an old flatmate who was expert at bullshitting, she once took one a job at quite a prestigious oil company a few years ago, beat off tons of competition for a really sought after job... she lasted 3 days and walked out.
