Lemonade Posted September 22, 2008 Report Share Posted September 22, 2008 I was actually pleasantly surprised by both the songs. "Shipwreck" is kinda messy, but it sounds intentional. It reminds me of some of the 90s grunge bands I like, I could hear it on a Mudhoney or Screaming Trees album. It's a catchy tune and I like the bassline. The singer has a Cobain-y edge to his voice. The lyrics are a touch clichd but they go well with the song. I really like the song as a whole.Nassif's Choon has some awesome riffage, but it's not really a song, just a collection of riffs at the moment.
