Enter Drive Thru chief Stefanie Reines: "We have been asked this question a whole lot in the past few months, so here's a brief explanation. SF recorded this CD last summer and we put it on the release schedule for Feb. 3, 2004. During the DTR tour, Geffen Records decided to "uplift" the band...a decision supported by the band and their manager. Geffen put the CD on hold in an attempt to get the band to write a "hit single." That's what happens on major labels...oh well. If things went according to our plan, the cd would've been out long ago.
