Nothing too special. Chris Posted November 3, 2006 Report Share Posted November 3, 2006 If you're not looking to play the latest games then Dell have some pretty cheap laptops that'll do the job, some good offers on a the moment as well (free delivery, free hard drive upgrade etc).Or if you don't want to order from Dell (their customer service can be shoddy and they're not the highest quality products) use them as your benchmark for comparing specs and prices.I reckon the minimum you're looking at is a 1.8Ghz processor and above with 256 - 512Mb ram and a 40-80 Gb hard drive.
