Guest Mr Blastcap
are they any good ?recently i played through one at Cap toms, fair enough it had a Marshall cab but it sounded nice and beefy to me. Anyone own one, and how do they stand up to wear and tear etc.....A Y E
Alkaline
Was it the guitar or bass head you used?I thought the guitar head was mince. It had an ok distortion channel, but the lack of a decent clean channel let it down in my opinion.
stuartmaxwell
the bass 3500 model is a great high end bass amp. it robust and great value for money. gash for a low end warm tone though
Guest inc18457
a large %age the bass cabs have aluminium cones in the speakers, so lend themselves to a more mid-heavy sound, rather than a punchy bassier soundtheir also covered in scrote fluff...or some equally as nasty material! Chris
I dislike the guitar head in Toms. But only because I want a decent clean channel I can stick my pedals through, I'm sure if I wanted to use the amp distortion it would be great.
