NARC Posted March 22, 2006 Report Share Posted March 22, 2006 I'm surprised no-one has noticed, or at least posted this yet, but today Euskadi Ta Askatasuna, otherwise known as ETA, have declared an official and permanent cease-fire as of mid-day tomorrow. There are news bulletins aplenty here, that's for sure. One can't help but wonder what the interpretations of "permanent cease-fire" are, indeed the leader of the conservative oppostion, Mariano Rajoy, has expressed his cynicism over the announcement.
