Guest Neubeatz
Can you please tell me why you use the .wma format,Is there a specific reason, or better compression or advantage overother formats? ???
HummerOfIntenseEvil
No offence, but it sounds like a jamming session.A decent jamming session mind.
Hog
I write the riffs. Its the vocalists idea to go mental half way through the song, not mine

Hog
I download the songs from my media player to my website space, em, thats it!Yeah its short but its one of our longest songs! haha!
Tav
I can't help but feel the main riff deserves to be part of something better/longer as it's quite a riff. But obviously you are going for that short/insane style stuff.
Hog
I plan to do a solo EP next so that will give be an opportunity to use riffs with no insane bits.
Guest Neubeatz
I download the songs from my media player to my website space, em, thats it! How did you get them on to the computer in the first place?
Hog
Recorded on a 4 track then took the tape to Captain Toms. Tom burned it on to CD with a little bit of compression and thats that!Im not technical minded so its a bit of a process but I dont really have time to learn how to record on computer all though Im sure it would sound better if it was:cheers:

Guest Neubeatz
yep, it sure is Too far advanced for me, mine still runs valves and a dictaphone...lol!Maybe you could find a copy of wavelab or cool edit, they are ok for recording with, Ian Simpson did a multitrack cool edit tutorial on AUBL sometime ago which I have looked at a couple of times for reference,Cool Edit has a great eq set up, I'm sure it would handle files imported from cd, and saves in loads of different formats too,I think that if you can work a 4track then Cool Edit is eezeepeezeeThis site has links 4 software and codes to work them I'm sure cooledit is on there somewhere.. MitchPact
Listened to the mp3s, really liked the guitar work, Alot better than the tape i have of you, quite different from the live experience, If you have the time I'd suggest getting Phat Tom to do some mastering for you the lad has ears of gold and doesn't overprice.Dave
