Flash@TMB
Damn we sure had a great jam tonight. Pretty much constant stage action from 9.30pm until midnight. The highlights for me were the extended jam with Andy, Rory, Milner, and Fuller - that was really cooking! I was very impressed with how versatile Milner was. And also the cover of Billy Jean with Andy, Scotty, Marv, and Bob. Marv also did really well playing both Hocus Pocus and Whipping Post which he'd never heard or played before! With things getting a lot busier we've also been getting fussier with regards who we gets on stage later on. Too many musicians shoing up at 11pm hoping to play! So it's worth reminding everyone that the jam starts at 7pm, and we usually fit in an hour or so of jazz between 7pm and 8pm. So a good time to come down a grab a free slot would be between 8pm and 9.30pm.And remember there's karaoke too.
