(RIP)Actually I don't think it was a hammond, more a combo organ, had all sort of flip switches on it and mini fader things with coloured handles...big built in speaker, foot pedals etc....sounded superb and could sound a bit like a hammond (to my young ears) but yeah that tune (whatever it is) in a house full of folk at xmas/new year, probably all 20 people in the house could (and would wait their turn to) play it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was demonstrating the clunking and rewinding of the sounds when I noticed the Hammond looking mellotron said MKIV, for some reason I was thinking this was you user name so wanted to get a photo of it to show you....the rest of the dream is a bit hazy (it probably exploded and killed me)...I woke up thinking it was a strange dream as your name is MKII and a MKIV I thought was a hammond (hence it looking like a hammond) but googling it this morning, a MKIV [b']is a mellotron model!Weird as shit!
