Monk Rocker
It's a BLX-80. 1x12, 7 band eq, very compact but big sound. Loud enough for practise and as a stage monitor. Thinkin' about a hundred bucks for it? Need the space so if anyone else is interested, let me know......
Tav
Ashdown MAG300R and 4 x 10" cab can be had on soundslive.co.uk for a really good deal. I saved 100 on the head so it was 200 then got the cab in RnB for 300 I think....500 for 307watts of great bass amplification. Since you mentioned Mesa and Ampeg I figured you might be open to some new Ashdown prices.
Monk Rocker
I'm not really a fan of Ashdown. All the Ashdowns I've played don't seem to have much headroom.....

Tav
I'm not really a fan of Ashdown. All the Ashdowns I've played don't seem to have much headroom.....Certainly the one in Toms I played didn't seem to but I've had my Ashdown running at about 3/4 on both pre-gain and master volume and it was still silky smooth and crystal clear. I've been trying to think of ways that I can get better dirty sounds from it without going for all out distortion.

Guest valley69
anyone have 100-150 watt head for sale? i have a 150w h an h cab , is it possible to use a higher wattage head with that?
Tav
It depends on the impedence as well but no...higher wattage head with low wattage cab won't work...well it would then there'd be bad smells/noises.
