Is the guitar still up for sale?

Hi, thanks for the interest in my guitar. I have spent some cash and tlc on it recently and it is back to working amazing again. I have blocked off the floyd rose again, via a more professional job.

This has now turned into a total work horse of a guitar and therefore is not for sale anymore, espically not at the 75 I was going to sell it for.

I do have an Epiphone Flying V for sale with seymour duncan in the bridge.... if interested.

I am reluctantly selling my Epiphone Gothic Flying V....

It has an amazing sound but.. is just too awkward for me to play. I have given it my best shot but I personally just find Flying V's too uncomfortable to play.

I have attached some pics, as you can see it has been modifed with custom pick guard etc.. and a Seymour Duncan in the bridge. It is in good condition for the age and has never been gigged. It shall come with the Hard Case for it.

I am open to offers but looking for around 280 with hardcase.

We have a different sound to the songs on our myspace, more hatebreed, terror style hardcore.

Got to play a show with them a few months ago, end of last year or early this year cant mind, but they where very tight and had a great sound. Really impressed by their tunes and def would check them out again.

We are looking for a new drummer..

Must be into hardcore metal i.e. hatebreed, terror, sick of it all, madball etc..

Own cymbals, snare and double kick is important.

We have some shows booked and really want to be able to still play them.

So if hardcore metal is your thing and you want to play a lot of live shows and recordan e.p. plus have fun, then please get in touch.

It was an amazing set by ETID, and a really good gig all round. Great to see a big turn out.

I was impressed by Glass Wolves.

ASD, not quite my cup of tea, but you guys can certainly play and I enjoyed your set.

I was joking...

I am quite impressed by the tracks on their myspace. Good to hear so decent hardcore metal in Aberdeen, apart from my own band of course hahaha..

Glass Wolves are going to have 2 Track E.P's for Free.

Is that really a reason to laugh out loud? Regardless to what you say, I can't wait for this. Seeing ETID in an environment as intimate as Tunnels is going to be such a treat- can't wait.

I am looking forward to seeing ETID at the tunnels, perfect small intimate venue, but i am not a fan of the support acts. Glass Wolves are ok, but I have never been impressed by All Stations Down. I feel there are better local bands out there than All Stations Down that could support what shall be one of the best gigs Aberdeen has seen.

This of course is my personal opinion and it will not put me off attending this gig, you never know I may walk away from the gig liking both support bands, I am always open to giving all local bands a few trys.

I am not trying to start an online debate about local bands blah blah just surprised at the choice of local bands, and before anyone says "your just jealous Jay that your band hasnt been asked", we aint good enough to support such a big band as ETID and we know it.

I have a Warwick Streamer Stage 2 and a Line 6 Bass Pod XT Live, and I am looking for a decent guitar and amp...

The finish on my Warwick is not perfect, part of the finish has been removed and it has taken a few knocks too etc.. so does not look amazing, but sounds sooooo good, plays sooo well, and is in full working order.

Bazz, sorry to hear that man. Makes me sick like, had me flat broken into a few years back it sucked.

I would recommend keeping an eye on Gumtree too, not just looking at Aberdeen on there but keep checking all Scottish cities on there. The stuff from my flat ended up in Dundee, I got some of it back after a while and me insurance covered the rest.

When is your next one?

I can understand the non-naming of bands, prob best kept to yourself.

No but being one of the best bass players in aberdeen who plays in the most succesful aberdeen band for years does mean he knows one or two little things.

I have to agree with this too, Mr Unbroken does know a thing or two like. Which actually reminds me, I need to have a wee convo with you regarding bass rigs next time I see you. I need to upgrade me equipment for me new project I am going to be working on.
