Even when there are other bands on the bill, they all fuck off before they go onstage.

It is shit when bands dont hang around to see the others, especially when theres fuck all audience but the bands are there to play their stuff first and to watch other bands second, sometimes its just not convenient to hang around and watch other bands if youve got work/college/whatever early the next day and you have to travel. So you cant really blame the bands, just do more promotion and get people to the shows and you wont have to rely on the bands your playing with to be the audience as well!

Isnt there high voltage risks involved with biasing amps?, i took mine to bruce millers when i got it retubed, cost me 50 bucks but saved me a possible broken amp/trip to hospital...

this is very good hiphop for bein from round here, reminds me of jedi mind tricks with the beat and theres a non-phixion flow goin on with the vocals, im not a fan of british accents in rap but you guys carry it off well, nice one.

its the wierd spinkick im talkin about though, last gig i was at in glasgow these guys were doin it,takin turns like they were breakdancing or sumthin, and one of them ended up kicking the other one hard in the back of the head - it was a beautiful moment.

slight amount of bullshit in that statement, people don't dance just to pull or look good, maybe some do, but you can't generalise non-headbangers as being posers who only want to pull.. ?!

OK i used some heavy generalisation there, i was just comparing it so that its obvious that headbanging is done purely for self enjoyment, and i dont think anybody who does it cares if someone thinks they look like a 'twat'.end of.

headbanging is not a fashion statement, this is how people who like metal connect with the music. If you truly like metal you would understand and if you dont you should at least understand that what you look like has nothing to do with enjoying music.

Some people like to 'dance' to enjoy music, usually like posers because they want to look good to others around them.

The difference between headbanging and dancing is that people who are headbanging are enjoying the music they like in a completely non-vain way(i.e arent trying to pull).

Although related to moshing, headbanging is a slightly friendlier way to enjoy heavy music, seeing how there is no swinging of fists/fat bastards hurtling about at high speed etc, id rather get some mild traumatic brain injury than some stupid HardCore dancers foot in my face any day!

i mean at least heavy bands, just not rock etc, last gig we had with more middle of the road rock bands we cleared the place... i still remember the looks of disgust on some of them girls faces..(at our music i mean, i dont think they had heard anything proper heavy before...although they probably didnt like the look of us much either:laughing:)

Ehhh i dont think we'l be playing this, i was waiting to hear who else was going to be playing before we agreed to do it..... we're trying to avoid playing with bands that are a completely different genre from us....

I saw bombskare in north berwick a few months back.It was pretty good even though im not into ska at all! One or two of them play in an amazing rage against the machine cover band who sound so close to the original RATM, even the guitar noise shit, its awesome.

Before you buy any xbox games for your 360 you should check that they are compatible, not all original xbox games will work with the emulator. Theres a list on the xbox site of the games that should work. I was pretty pissed off cuz most of my original xbox collection was useless when i got my 360 and i had stupidly believed M$ when they said it was backwards compatible.

Im having trouble with one of my FX pedals, my EH Metal Muff, it suddenly just lost volume and gain the other day, its not the power supply cuz its working with all my other pedals. I remember seeing someone talk about modifying pedals on here, any help/advice would be appreciated

Silent hill is awesome, i know it wasnt well recieved but i wasnt into the games at all and just thought some of the imagery/ideas were really cool. Also i saw Taken at the cinema, thought it was shithot, liam neeson is solid in it.

the zombies need more limbs comin off and stuff, theres too much shooting at them with no visible damage, plenty of blood ,no damage.

Cranial would be up for this depending on the dates...
