I doubt if we will record anything' date='gigging is where it's all at[/quote']
Enjoy the gig at the Lemon Tree tonight Biz

I've heard that it's best to re-bias after every valve replacement. Except on auto re-bias amps Mesa etc.
Try asking Mark at Hotrox

I've been thinking hard about this, and I can't think of anything that would make me go wow!
Got a few guitars that I play to various degrees of ability, all these guitars far out strip my talent.
Saying that, a nice valve amp which not to heavy to hump around would be nice.

Oh! what's that then?
BTW, I'm still using that wah you swapped me years ago.

You coming to the gig in Mintlaw?
Good rates for b&b at the Pitfour Arms so you can have a dram

QUOTE: - - Stanley who rarely enjoy comparisons, but if you were to take the intelligence of The Divine Comedy, the creativity of Radiohead circa The Bends and the soaring vocal talents of Scott Walker & the mighty Billy Mackenzie And that can't be bad, can it? A real gem of a band
who are as different as anybody is in the scene here.
Just heard the news from Harry. Nice one Stephen P

That rusted away long ago.
I think the band is better now, but I would say that. Looking back it would be hard to have been worse. Check out our site and pure volume stuff.

You're right' date=' I was talking bollocks. But the point is that Jimi Hendrix is over-rated in terms of his impact, because I think those he inspired approached the guitar in a way that was...counterproductive, whereas someone like Captain Sensible inspired people that went on to improve music. I don't have any evidence for this...I think I might have read Slash big up Hendrix, which says it all[/quote']
Have to agree with bluesman. I was late in getting into Hendrix. I thought, like many that his songs were long tweedly jams. However, over time I've come to terms with the mans genius.
As to a comparision with Capt...I think they both had long fingers!

the beatles!
Oh! come on please.

I'll let you know.
-
Alas, I will be holed up in my bunker again, so will miss out.
You should try to come to see us next time, it was a great gig last week

Not really sure what you mean.
V Twin is a great pedal, but a wee bitty deer like. It's a lot of money to have lying about if you find you don't like it. Also it needs it's own power supply to, which mean another cable running to your pedal board.
do you want more gain, or volume boost, or just a heavier tone that you can kick in when you need it?
