I think it's exactly as poor as it has always been. Coffee shops here and there, expensive as Fuck chipper, I see the hotel where kef used to be is closing already *gasp*, that "money shop" used to be a sandwich bar (no big loss) Then you have a plethora of bars that used to be churches. Only thing belmont st is good for is slain's and occasionally drummonds. I do miss guessing what kef/glow/lava were going to rename themselves weekly though.

I have actually looked into it but lack of business knowledge and laziness took over. I have a business plan but no idea what to do with it and absolutely no capital to put into it. I would have kept the idea to myself had I though there was any way in hell I could pull it off but with the way the economy is etc etc. Fuck, if anyone is interested give mean shout. I do have a lot of ideas and business plan. Have spoken to paintball field owners in America and gotten advice on numbers etc for the business plan as it's much bigger over there. If anyone knows anything about business and thinks they could take what I have I would be willing to go Into some sort of partnership.

Got an old CRT monitor or an old sofa you're thinking of scrapping? Post it here and maybe someone could get the use of it. I'll start things off by saying I have an old fender squire that needs a machine head , a full on tuning peg and machine head combo on one and an input (all wiring intact) that will just get binned. Its not worth the hassle for me to fix it but could a someone in the know a few quid as a "fixer upper" if they would take the time to get the parts, put in the half hour's work and sell it on.
