Cant think why a Powerbreak on the bass wont work, That svt amp Is one of the best ever bass amps by far, Cab looks good but also look at the classic 810.
-
Cant wait for these to arrive Powerbreak really does work, The amp sounded like it should be really loud, but it wasnt
-
There are still some more to add but this is the bulk of them
-
That wont be too long then
-
Flash That is a great Idea when do we start???
-
Like waxing your scooby? Haha how bad does that sound?

Any studio assistant/tea boy/runner jobs going circa 20k?
Only if you offer "Other Services"
-
There is no way a soft version could recreate the filterbank, It really has a mind of its own.
-
They have the same management as Razorlight, the lead singer is called Johnny, I recorded most of the album in Cornwall

SAE Is a bit of a joke in the industry, I or any studio I work in would not touch any of their students for work. The only real way to do it, is to try get a spot in an actual Studio as an assistant/Tea boy, Then try gain as much experience as you can. it takes a long time to learn.

I have used one loads It takes a while to workout and you can never recall a sound. But is you have time it is a great bit of kit.
-
Ok then
-
Nope.
The reason we have speed limits on dual carriageways and motorways was because of the birth of that little known muscle car - the AC Cobra and their V8s. In the 60s' date=' AC regularly tested their latest vehicle on the, at that time, un-restricted M1 at speeds of up to 180mph. News reporters soon caught hold of this and needless to say the Minister of Transport soon found out also.[/quote']
Nope, that was an excuse, I was told by someone who was in the force for quite a while.
-
Do you know the real reason why there is a 70mph limit on motorways?? It has nothing to do with safety. Basically when there was the Oil crisis in the 60s they thought it would be a good idea to put the limit at 70 for fuel usage reasons, less speed better economy.. And now they are trying to twist it in to speed kills! Which we all know is not true. Irresponsible driving, lack of observation, bad use of speed, that is what causes the accidents not the speed as such.

all the IAM people are going out in groups to do it. so should be easy.
-
This is true I passed at 18. Though I am sure the majority of people in the IAM are older. I got my certificate through the door two days ago...now to hunt for cheaper insurance. See more benifits than being safer you can also reap the rewards of cheaper fully comp insurance people...and house insurance discounts and all sorts...15% of Haynes car books too...
I read you have an Imprezza on the byre site...how does your observer like that lol?
I use my other car (Pug) for my drives, But we are doing the overtaking stuff tomorrow so gonna bring out the beast
-
At Roundabouts. Use the Left hand lane for exits up to and including the 12 O-clock, The right hand lane after 12.. This is unless the road markings tell otherwise, or the exit is duel carriageway

Good on you. I recently passed my advanced test. I certainly believe that more people should go forward and attempt to pass the test. It is nice to know you have the skill and the attitude to be a safe and competent driver at the end of it. It should really be made the minimum standard in an ideal world...
http://www.iam.org.uk/ Have a look. It is not just for old people.
-
Maybe the IAM Advanced Driving course Should be made compulsory after a few years driving?? I am about to take my Advanced test, It makes you even more aware of how bad some people drive.
-
the byre looks great but the other one you worked at looks amazing i think its called the sawmills' date=' but judgeing by the names that have been their i bet its dam expensive[/quote']
Yes it is great . but we charge the record co's 900 ish a day :D. so at the byre you are getting a bargin
-
That is one quality studio. Im gonna speak to the rest of the band about this
It is worth it. You will be very happy with the results.
-
spot the SIX Amek mic pre's? Lot of great mic's aswell
Only 6 At the Byre I have 61 full Amek Channels
-
For around the budget of 600-700 I could arrange a very good Studio www.the-byre.com and me to engineer/produce for 3 full days! in that time it would be possible to record and mix 3 tracks to a very good standard fit for any Record Co.
-
It does not cost to record, Have you got a gig lined up at the Moorings? when you play we will record your set. If you want any mixes done then that is what you pay for. From a basic set mix to a full track fix and mix.
