  1. It's not all just because he did pop' date=' it's because he whored himself out for a record company. Maybe it's not 100% the bands fault that they don't play live all the time, but if it was me, i'd DEMMAND to play live. Miming is what pop acts are notorious for... not rock. Also, how can you guage how much of a proper band they are without knowing how much of a creative input they have regarding their songwriting. Does anyone know for sure that they actually write their own songs? Also, i can't find anything on the net that suggests they even played a gig before major-labell interest, let alone did any 'hard work' back-in-the-day. Every single bio starts with the 'What i go to school for' single... nothing about playing for years or trying to get a fan-base going.[/quote']

If your record company says you have to mime you can not refuse, they have the last say in everything, the only thing the artist can actually do is compromise with the lable. They used to write songs together "back in the day", and they write most of their songs, but I dont know about gigs. But how much do you actually hear about bands before they were famous?

  2. Fave band?...who knows they were all ace..my best moment was when we lost pete on our way home... soemhow he mistook us saying 'were goin to slains for....pete.. ditch us and walk to moshulu by yourself' it took us ages to find him and when we got home he shat on the carpet and left ... haven'tspoken to him since...that was the funniest night ever.. good fun playing too hope we can coem back soon

He did what?! Sounds too funny and weird to possibly be true?!

  3. That was an awesome gig! It was great fun, I think we played really well! I always love the sound at moorings, we sound so much better there than anywhere else. It was the busiest I've ever seen it too which was great.

Cleartone were good, not what I was expecting at all cus I'd never seen them before.

Radio Lucifer, I thought, were better at the Damned gig than the gig at moorings, but they're still great all the same.

The Void were amazing! I love the Void and it was so sad to witness their last gig. They played exceptionally well and were the band of the night for me, the crowd certainly loved them too which was brilliant!

  4. Hmm...

    Go on tour

    Record more stuff

Get into Uni (includes passing my exams with the grades I need)

See AFI with Stuart, and as many bands as I can.

    Pass my driving test

    Avoid unrequited love

Meet someone who understands me (preferably Davey Havok :p)

Get 2 more piercings... I usually limit myself to one a year, but next year I think I'll treat myself.

Keep in touch with all the friends that I have now.

    Do some sort of excercise

Put on lots of amazing gigs in Aberdeen.

Hmm, some harder than others, but I can always hope.

  5. There's only so much standing-by you can do with friends. If they constantly treat you like shit then there comes a point where you either have to walk away or tell them they have to change or they'll lose a friend. You cant tell people what to do, but you can give them adive and tell them, if they're doing something wrong, that what they're doing is wrong. But in the end the decision is theirs, and if, in your opinion, they make the wrong decision, then there's a problem.
