-
those black russian muffs are better
it never gets old, lol. the funniest named pedal is still the Super Hard-On by zvex, though, haha
-
Haha with great difficulty in my case....
Scott might kill me for this but still...
Gigging will be fun with this.......
Note: A few stuff has now changed on this.
haha, its not all yours
and you may wanna resize the pic a little, or put it in spoilertags

Bump....still for sale, might swap for something interesting, fx, etc
swap you the boss gx back for it?
-
at least tpb won't go anywhere anytime soon, it's got too many supporters
-
i miss drakes a lot.
my abiding memory of that place will always involve me attacking brian fudge with my flying v in the dj box.
or the aubl all-dayers, which were always a good laugh!

wonder if she'll make an appearance tonight? well, as chloe annett in this universe
well, she did, but as kochanski
nicely kept secret that!
the blade runner stuff was a bit much, in fact it was far too much, and it being back to reality pt 2 was a bit naff
nice premise to end on though, go searching for kochanski
-
They do seem to be slowly uncovering what happened in between. The whole season 9 and 10 thing is pretty tongue in cheek, but I imagine the Kochanski story isn't going to just be thrown away.

They might go back to it, like when Season 8 just started out of nowhere with them in prison.
Mind you with only 2 more episodes of 20 minutes or so each, I doubt it.
ep 1 of vii - after the bug had been blown up, they just skipped to the aftermath
ep 1 of iii - got a superfast star wars-type intro
red dwarf dont really do recaps, thy just skim past them; always have done
tonight was a good laugh, the guy in the tv shop though
"sci fi....it's all bollocks, isnt it?"
-
Yes, so have I, which is why I was so disappointed.
oh well
-
Seriously? What bits? The only bit that approached being amusing was Lister being smacked up against the screen in the background by the squid. Dialogue didn't have any of the wit of Red Dwarf.
yes, seriously, and most of it, if im honest
i've been watching dwarf since i was 6/7 (first ep i saw was Dimension Jump, if i remember correctly) , so probably a bit biased:) each to their own though, i'll stand by what i think
-
Well episode 1 wasn't funny in the slightest. It didn't feel like it Red Dwarf at all.
it was funny, i really enjoyed it:) stopped a bit too suddenly, would benefit being seen with all three episodes at once
too hard to please, some people

200 for a studio pre? Why is it still for sale?
I'd buy it, but I've just spent 800 on new amps.
if i hadnt bought that pedalboard from guitareth, i'd have so bought it:(
if it's still there in a month or so, i'll have it
and the 395
-
what kind of condition is the studio pre in?
-
...erm I think it's the regular one, that can be used with giutar or bass? The one that Chris Wolstenholme from Muse uses on Hysteria et al.
you'll need a roland jp8000 synth and a really subby-sounding pedulla rapture underneath it to get the hysteria tone on record.
and live, you'd need to mime to a backing track.
chris uses an animato human gear fuzz pedal bi amped with a russian big muff running into two old marshall bass amps (the model i forget, its one that isnt made anymore) being driven to within an inch of their lives.
(the animato is what colin from radiohead uses too, i think. verrry rare, and verrrrrrrry expensive.
buy one dave? )
-
i thought it was wank, pretty much Ace Combat but with a tom clancy logo on it
-
selling because i doubt i'll need it anymore.
60, as new, not a scratch on it. these things are built to last!
-
finally decided to get rid of it dave?
-
i have one going, gator gig box jnr. be about the size you're looking for probably?
-
it's a gator pedalboard - one of these
is very sturdy, you could beat a horse to death with it. There is a version that comes with an inbuilt power supply - this ISNT that one.
holds three guitars in the stand section, is nice and strong.
i'd be looking for 50 for it. O.N.O, naturally!
-
yeah guys
I practice there with my band stewed squirrel.
Its ace.The guy who ran it was killed last year run over by a reversing ice cream van.It was bought over by the bass player out of hughie lewis and the news after the guys demisement. He then went on the road with the son of glenn out of glen micheals cavalcade in his band the cheecky monkeys tribute band. Its now run by zac mcsavage junior a one legged jazz trombonist who used to be married to salt out of salt n pepper but the word on the street is she shot him in the leg after a row over a pizza.Dont go there now as zacs a vegetarian and took umbridge at my band name.
.....wtf
