First one looked like a stonewaller, but once again the red was hugely debatable. Most referees (myself included) consider a clear goalscoring opportunity to entail being in possession of the ball. Vernon was fouled in the build up too.

Our very own forum regs Jamesy, Ross AGP and John (Hen) Beverley I'm sure deserve a lot of credit for pulling together such a fantastic lineup. I think that some people havn't recognised just how damn impressive it is, pulling together a lineup of this quality at a first-year festival. Most festies take years to build a reputation and attract a stellar lineup.

I do feel as if there is no stronger collection of intellectual minds than the poker community, so it will be nigh on impossible to f**uck with them without reprisal. However, for the time being, I recommend that you withdraw a chunk of your roll on Full Tilt, Pokerstars and Absolute Poker/Ultimate Bet in case of the unthinkable happening. Keep the minimum necessary in order to still play your regular games in your online accounts.

Jewel in the Crown and Shabaaz are both pretty damn good. I think the BYOB place mentioned above might be Gurkha Kitchen, which isn't Indian, but supposed to be very good.

Definitely my nembers one and two. I think the BYOB affair is the Lahore Karahi on King St (near Safeways). Every time I have been there has ben tremendous, but I have heard that they have a different chef these days.

Chris - the full lineup hasnt been confirmed but I do know for a fact that the lineup being bandied around is not a million miles from accurate. These names havent been plucked from the sky.

Cant believe that people are moanbing about the price. A two day festival for 90 bangers featuring some actual quality acts in the city centre. Haters gonna hate etc, but the price seems perfectly reasonable to me.

Plaed an incredible gig in there when I was eighteen with de Barros. We got told that we were too loud during soundcheck, so we just played two songs (Serrate and Drag You Down), but took them off in different, less raucous directions.

Definitely the sort of spontaneity that goes wrong 9/10 times, but we got it plumb on the money that night. People were going feel!

A lot of them are American, they specifically recruited kids from the international school so they had the proper look for their start-out staff. A lot of the kids ended up putting their cv's into all the other stores in union square, desperate for more hours as Hollister wouldn't give them more.

This was in the Belfast store, and believe me, these kids were not American! There is no confusing an American accent with a Belfast attempt at one

And what about the accents? Holy Christmas. I went in once and was met with a faux Amercan "how are yeeoow?". I struggled through five minutes, but didn't see a single item of clothing that looked remotely wearable.
