  1. me and my flat mate (also in 10 easy wishes) regularly get pissed and end up playing this. i get annoyed when its easier to win if you don't so much 'sing' as just talk in tune or do it falsetto. you don't get extra points for singing spectacularly well.......................then again that might be because neither of us is spectacular at singing

  2. I am torn between the N64 and the Megadrive. Both provided years of entertainment, but because the megadrive was my first love, and due to my obsession with sonic the hedgehog back in the day, i have a special affinity with this one. The Sonic series, Rocket Knight Adventures, SWOS, early FIFA, Ristar.......

however, I would argue that N64 was the most ahead of its time and assembled the greatest collection of games any console has ever had: Ocarina of Time, Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, GOLDENEYE, Perfect Dark, F-Zero X etc. Plus, I used to spend entire weekends playing N64 with my buddies, so for these reasons I choose N64

  3. thanks. i didn't know that google existed but upon using it I can see that I can definitely trust everything that comes up on each search. I now prefer this method much more to asking real people who exist who have first hand knowledge or experience with which to answer to my question and end any doubts I have.

  4. That column is ridiculous anyway. The answer to the question "What do you wear on a night out?" is almost always "Jeans and a tshirt/top".

And seriously, your best chat up line is "Hi, I'm JJ from 10 Easy Wishes"?

are you seriously not aware that this entire thread is a piss take?

yes i always talk to people as though i am all 'it' because i am in 10 easy wishes.

why do they allow retards on the internet

  5. oh yeh and i would like to point out that my wonderful friend ross calder actually sent my answers to the EE. it was he who provided biffy clyro as my answer instead of the mcanns but claims he meant to put it in the 'who would you most like to hang out with' question box. i dunno how to change thread titles.

  6. I read on pitchfork* today that Simon Neil, put a shotgun in his mouth and "did a Cobain", but there was no suicide note, just a bloodstained copy of the evening express.

*I haven't been on pitchfork today, and have only just woken up. The above is probably not true.

Although if it is true, I'll feel really bad.

hahaha imagine that were the case. in a sort of horribly funny way id like to see that scene

  7. my faux pas wasn't really that bad.........well actually i suppose it was. by the way for the record, the question : who would you least like to go on a night out with? my original answer was 'the mcanns' but i was told that wasn't really appropriate. I think its fair to say a lot of people would say the same. I can't imagine them being a hoot and a holler, they are the same age as my parents probably and also i wouldn't be able to not ask them why they left a 4 year old or whatever she is/was on her own in a holiday flat. that's wrong!

however i was booed and had to give an official complaint in my quiz because for one of the rounds, which was a drawing round, where contestants have their 'art' graded from 1 - 10 to win points on artistic merit, originality and humour for the quiz, i asked each team to draw : where do you think maddy mcann is just now?

now almost immediately i realised that this is probably not the sort of thing to say in a public house, and the large amount of booing seemed to back this up. in my defence though i didnt actually make a joke as such, i merely asked everyone to draw where they thought she was. perhaps they hoped she was alive and well and could have drawn this, and the realists could then have drawn something a bit less fun. im sure the same people who complained have no qualms about laughing at the things on south park. i just thought maybe that people had learned to have a sense of humour by now, and not find only certain things funny but certain things not funny. as trey parker says, once you start choosing what you cant make fun about you do become racist, prejudiced etc. 'aww dooood its not cool making jokes about that man its not cool ur sick. south park had this ace joke about cancer though lolz etc. in conclusion, i learned my lesson

  8. might as well start one now.

my winner award goes to radiohead's 'in rainbows' but i would also like to add the following albums to my awards list:

the rumble strips : girls and good weather

calvin harris : i created disco

    tellison - contact! contact!

that will do for now. a narrow miss is biffy clyro's puzzle, it just hasn't got the same xfactor as th last albums. i will also remember 2007 as being the year i started listening to the beatles and dj format.
