A new purchase means, regretfully, I'll have to say goodbye to a couple of guitars:
Fender Classic 60s Player Strat (3 Tone Sunburst) - Great Condition - c/w Hard case - £450
Mine has locking machine heads and Lindy Fralin hand-wound pickups as well as mint green scratchplate/controls.
PRS SE Custom 24 (Purple Burst) as new (3 months old) - PRS Gigbag - £450:
http://www.guitarguitar.co.uk/electric_guitars_detail.asp?stock=11102017122958
Both guitars are the exact model/colour (except for Strat scratchplate/controls) as in the links, I can provide pics on request. Perfect condition and nicely setup guitars. The PRS has only been played a few times at home.
I've also got a Marshall MF350 'Mode 4' head that I don't really use any more. 350 watts, 4 channels split across 2 different preamp circuits. Seriously heavy sound from the OD side and great Marshall cleans and bluesy tones from the clean side.
These are just shy of £700 new but this is well used (although still great sounding) so make me an offer.
PM or reply with questions/offers.

It certainly is

Ooft, someone got a bargain there!

Just realised that it's the SZ720 that I have, not the SZ520 but it's this is still a beautiful guitar none-the-less.

Dammit, I didn't mean to wrap my message in spoiler tags but i'm my phone and the bloody tiny screen made a fool of me

Did you stick EMG81/85's in it? If so almost identical to the SZ320 I am selling The only real difference between the SZ320 and SZ520 is the quilted maple cap on the SZ520. The SZ320 is an all mahogany body.
The photobucket links work fine for me when you click the spoiler button. Strange. Anyway here is a direct link to it -> http://i700.photobucket.com/albums/ww3/keenothebeano/Guitar%20Pics/DSCF1594.jpg SZ520 on the left SZ230 on the right.
Here are some better pics of the SZ320 for anyone interested (hopefully someone will, it's a fantastic guitar and I think the price I am selling it for with the modifications done is great value! The 18V mod does make a difference. Makes it sound a bit less sterile and a bit nearer to a Seymour Duncan Blackout, I've got an all mahogany RG with an EMG81/85 and the single 9V battery if anyone wants to test this!)
Awesome! My work's interwebs wouldn't show the pics but I see them now, it's a beauty!
Yeah, I put the 81/85 in mine and it sounds huge
I'm tempted myself tbh cos I love mine but I don't think I can really justify it
Someone is going to get a bargain.

I play an SZ520 and I can vouch for how great they are. At £160 you're getting a bargain! The comparison with the PRS SE is fair, the profile of the neck and the weight/feel of the body is very PRS. What finish is your one keeno? The photobucket links appear to be dead
The Duncan-designed pickups are ok, I replaced with some EMGs and it sounds huge.

I've got a Marshall 1912 1x12 Cabinet sitting spare. Not looking for an acoustic amp but PM me if you have other trades or fancy making an offer.
Cheers

Holy crap!!! The vocals sound huge, well done.
I suspect the main difference between these guys and Dragonforce may be the ability to pull that off live... I'm sure Ascension will do a better job, and both guitarists in Ascension can play!
Happy speed metal is not really my cup of tea but I can appreciate this for what it is and a lot of work has gone into getting this far so well played, I hope a decent deal is in the pipeline.

Awesome! Thanks for the heads-up

The guy in the middle looks like my mate Colin...
It is!
If your mate is Colin Innes that is? If your mate is a different Colin then, alas, it is not him.

Hello,
I'm having a gradual clear-out of stuff that is no longer required.
For sale today is a Boss Acoustic simulator (AC-3) and a Marshall 1912 (1x12) extension cabinet.
Both items are in very good condition and available for local collection (I'll meet at Captain Toms).
The AC-3 is in as-new condition, boxed etc - 45
Here's one - Boss AC-3 - GAK
The Marshall 1912 is in very good condition too. This is a very reluctant sale as I've not had it long but the little valve head I was hoping to run through it isn't very well and so the cab is just sitting doing nothing.
I'm open to offers.
Here it is - Marshall 1912 - GAK

Take that... and that!
There was no need to poke that one so you walked straight into the rebuttal; I can't wait to see the response

If you take a penalty in the practice arena (press the d-pad in any direction when the ball is in the box) you can turn on the 'indicator'.
This at least gives you a bit more of an idea about the insane aiming system, although I'm still awful at penalties.
If you stutter your run-up (circle while running towards the ball) then the stick movement you make immediately after the button press has a much bigger impact on shot direction than normal - much more chance of pelting it wide though; again; a bit of practice with this in the arena should make it a bit easier.

The Frighteners, awesome!
"Listen... do you smell something?"
-
Check your PMs; I've got a DD-3 you can have
-
I want to hear the 21 minute song:-)
So do we
Nah, it should actually be coming together a bit more this weekend and that should be the catalyst to get it finished.
Cicatrix has come out really well, I wish we could have had songs sound this meaty when we were still a band Re-record the album? lol
