They had disallowed goals. It counts. (I'm clutching straws here)

No game has had less than 3 goals so far. It's brilliant.
I blame the ball.

Weekend threw me a bit of a curveball. I had to defrost the freezer this morning. Life in the fast lane.
Now it's back to watching football, and then preparing to watch more football.
Nothing sets you for the weekend quite like a good ol' fashion freezer defrosting.

That goal should be used if they ever bring back Grandstand for the intro video.

They are both nothing compared to the DONS top.
Has anyone mentioned the new Hearts strip at all? It's pretty classy to be honest.

Newcastle are rumoured to be interested in signing Ross McCormack. Not sure if that would be risky for them or not, especially not being tested in EPLL. Seems strange because he isn't French.

Not sure if this works but it is listed once you click on leagues.
I have Eto'o, Dauda(Ghana keeper), Johnson, Corluka, Alnameh(Iran defender), Fellaini, Kone, De Jong, James(Aus MF), Rooney and Balotelli

Fantasy Football! I KNEW there was something missing from this World Cup.

I'm sure this guy isn't doing anything...

Armageddon
I'm sure that will be spouted about by the central belt media in the next few months.
Doom and gloom yada yada...

Uh oh...Collymore

Not sure if this maybe deserves a thread of it's own but has anyone been sad enough to collect the Panini stickers?
Been doing it myself and now at the point where I've accumulated a heap of swaps. I'm starting to remember how frustrating it was as a kid! -

Suarez didn't make Gyan miss the penalty.
No he just hand-balled a clear would have been goal on the line.
Most maybe would've done the same, but I still feel sorry for Ghana.

Ghana were pretty handy last time out weren't they? Hard to believe South Africa was four years ago.
Not sure about the players now but looking at their results from this year and last they haven't been completely convincing.
They still have Gyan though.
I hope they still to well since Uruguay(specifically Suarez) cheated them out of a semi-final place.

Well, that's a great selection left for me to pick...
I was tempted for either Ghana or Cameroon but screw it I'm going for Croatia!

That was a great episode!
All these great bits of story happening it still annoys me that it's only a 10 episode season so we're already over half done.
Might have to become a book wanker.
I concur. DO IT!!!!!
Tyrion's speech at the end was brilliant. Put everyone in their place...for a few seconds.

This picture just sums up today.

I'm actually pretty concerned by our striker situation. Shola's not getting a new contract, Cisse could be injured until September/October, we won't pay Remy whatever fortune he expects to be paid. This leaves us with Adam Campbell, who's done naff all on-loan at St. Mirren. There's the possibility that we'll sign Luuk de John on a permanent deal, which is a terrible idea. He's a decent technical footballer but he has absolutely no idea where the goal is. Like, none at all. I'm legitimately shocked that this gibbon has ever scored a goal anywhere. It's not that he'll get a chance and miss -- he won't get the chance, because he'll be standing on the byline, trying to win a header. You should watch him play. It's hilarious.
Wonder if we can get Demba back.
My Newcastle-supporting friend said pretty much the same thing.
I would've thought you'd be happy Shola isn't getting a new contract? Who would you want that you could realistically get?

I had great fun at this. Das McManus were better on the Saturday but were still on good form. Even this gig has shown how far they've came. Everything just clicks with them. Bishops Love Sci-Fi is top notch.
Poor Things were really fun to watch and listen to! http://poorthings.bandcamp.com/

That Fellaini looked pretty good. Maybe someone like Van Gaal should sign him for Man Utd.
