    Something I started last night (well early hours of this morning) I had a really nice sound for the lead then lost it, so dialled in something horrible instead (i never use presets and never save any either!!) Im still in the middle of writing this tune so the song is more important than the production (and I never finish anything anyway so this is probably as good as it gets) How do I get this sounding more IN YOUR FACE however...how does it sound? It sounds ok to me but the drums arent as heavy as I'd like....the lead sound sucks and the bottom end isnt so refined...its done in cubase using Addictive Drums, Tassman and Korg Wavestation. If its a rip off of anything , I don't know it...I dont' listen to music like this.

    Oh, I have some Inept 303 recordings, will check with Keilan and see if he's ok with me dropping them in too.

    Do you have any live mp3's? I wouldn't mind hearing those again...the EP was always free, feel free to do with it what you wish!

    Only local recording I'm dying to hear again is my first demo, mr-I-Don't-have-a-copy managed to upload a track to youtube....

    doubt anyone has this????

    Well I didnt read the article, reading an article about racism in the police is like reading about racism in the KKK....but the timing of the article is uncanny...of course the media want to help incite it aswell...haven't you seen that ridiculous TV ad?

    It's not going to do much good for relations between the police and black communities in London if nothing is done. Nobody wants to see more rioting.

    More likely they have been briefed to deliberately behave like this to incite this years LondonRiot2012®™ ahead of schedule so it doesn't interfere with the Olympics, I'm sure they've just been dying to try out those new water tanks....

    Nobody wants to see rioting MORE than the police and state...this guy would have done better off to keep quiet and not rise to the bait....

    As soon as I start it up, for ages it was never starting up properly - was a black screen with white writing, then a few months ago this popped up. It's more for the photographs than anything else. Tried admin, looked this issue up online and some folk had put some commonly used passwords, nothing has worked. Then again, I'm not sure it's letting me type in these passwords as nothing comes up (no asterisks). My dad is just gutted about the dog, he was basically the only other male in the house and was spoilt rotten. I'm pretty sure I have photos of him on this fucking laptop.

    Take the hard drive out of the laptop (two screws) and take the connector adaptor off the end of the laptop (something that converts multiple pins to a slot)

    Then plug it into the USB adaptor (there is a notch to stop you inserting it the wrong way) then attach that to another PC...hey presto, access to your hard drive.

    I can't remember however if the admin passsword is on the hard drive itself, then sometimes you're f**ked....

    I've never heard of D-Beat being used as a genre..used to call it DIS bands... usually because the bands would have DIS in their name (DISKONTO, DISCARD, DISGRACE, DISGUST, DISHCLOTH etc.)

    Gegen De Dis Bands Jah...

    I want to play bass in a band but not sure on the commitment front...any mp3's to hear?
