woah thats like the 7th person ive known to meet them

im moving out :-) 1st of june i can move into another flat. just waiting top confirm things then anne can get to france

gutted i missed this!

if i get bored ill type it up later. its not long. ive already broken a rule in that ive got a pet and i didnt get writen consent

oh god this is the flat from hell. i had to call the police last night cause of our neighbours. we have concrete walls and my room is the other side of the flat from the wall that another flat shares. yet i could make out all the lyrics to their music from 3am-7.30am. even when the police came. they put the music back on again 5 mins later and twice as loud. ive had nooooo sleep.

so have you all heard who they've signed to?? i was keeping quite til now but i found out they announced it last night (at their head lining gig in tuts that sold out days in advance!) they are now on Lizard King

chicken is too ace. i cant not feed her. and i need anne to feed my hamster when i come home at easter. if i just let them come and stay - the worst that will happen is ill be homeless and or have to live in a war soon. when anne is in a mood you do not want to be near her.

she has just left for her plane home. and hasnt tidyed anything. i should take photos to show you the mess she has left me. dishes and everything. shmeh. she did leave me some hot cross buns though and a thank you note for feeding her rabbit

but she has already got her mum to tell me that its too many people.

im fucked. she had already called her mum and she said she isnt happy with 6 people staying here and i can call her if i want to argue about it. im going to write them an email saying how i understand but we had 5 people stay last time and it was fine and stoke doesnt need to stay. and the story about how they tried to make their mates stay and force me to share my bed with mark. that would have been 6 people staying. for those interested i pay £200 a month in rent. and only pay the phone bill on top of that. its a two beroom flat in an council esate that cost £45,00. so im guessing the mortgage isnt that expensive. based on how much i know my parents pay for theres and the cost of my house and stuff.

or like space kitchens we sat with a bit of paper with the numbers 00-99 writen down and we took an aberdeen number and changed the last digits and called them all.....

well. it looks like ive got somewhere to live after my lease runs out hopfully. if the girl does move out. so they will be pennyless anyway, i feel like calling the council up and tell them that theres been a 3rd person living here who aint a student... and see what they do when she has to pay council tax... mwhahahaha

yeah ive got a direct debit paying them the money every month. its not cash in hand. my contract runs out at the end of june though. but there is nothing in it about not having people to stay. im considering phoning her parents. but that may just make things worse,. she is going home this weekend and is gona tell them all about it anyway. so im gona wait til she is back to tell her they are coming anyway. and hopfully by then ill have somehwere else to stay im away to try sort it out now

i just cant wait for my clothes to not smell of smoke. its funny how many people have come into my work which is a brand new debenhams cafe which opened last week, and asked if there is a smoking section. what would be the point in that for one and a half weeks? im not looking forward to going to clubs and stuff and having people trying to get in and out. its going to be choas. im glad i dont work in a club/pub anymore

im trying to. i need to find somewhere to stay though. but tis not easy. i dont know many people in ayr and they are all already in flats all settled

no they were saying she doesnt own it. her parents do. but i pay all the money towards the rent and they take my money to pay for bills. but anne just sits there doing nothing. if her parents told me i cant have people staying then fair enough. but anne cant really stop me. my contract doesnt say anything about not having guests or needing to check with her.

thanks. im gona talk to my mate jenni today, see if she has room and also if she is gona have a spare room by summer so i can move out. if they cant stay there then im gona takl to anne again saying we've looked into every possibilty and theres not way round it. if i know ive got somewhere to move into by summer then ill give her all the shit about how i pay rent and she never cleans and ive never complained about it. thank you all though! cause i was sure that she probably had a right cause she told me her mate was coming to stay in feb. but there is something ive got on my side. i had a friend coming to stay once and he was staying on the sofa bed. we all went out and anne invited 4 of our friends back. then two of them couldnt be bothered giong home so my flatmate and her bf told them to just stay and we'd find room for them. and they tried to go to sleep in my mates bed. saying he should sleep in my bed. which was just not on cause he is a friend from my old church who is dead against sharing beds with anyone. luckily they did go away but i just never said anything to anne about it. i may bring that up

her folks live in fareham in hampeshire. and they scare me. ive talked to all our friends about it seeing if any of them can put them up, but they all dont see what annes problemis. if i talk to her folks they will probably tell me its up to anne. but your right in saying its more my flat. seeing how im the only one paying for it. im just annoyed cause i dont see the problem at all. fair enough there will be 6 of us trying to use one bathroom but its easy enough to work around and one of the mornings we'd be up well before they are. im not sure how to bring it up again. cause i dont know any possible solutions. we've looked into guest houses and stuff but they are all too expensive

then what? be asked to move out and be homeless?

but ive got to still live with her and go to uni with her and she'll turn everyone against me. and it doesnt solve the short term problem of getting rhiannon and laura to stay in two weeks. i hate ayr sometimes. and they make it fun.

im scared to confront her though. she started crying when she was saying they couldnt stay. all about how no one ever comes to see her. not once has she ever cleaned the bathroom or hoovered since i moved in. its totally crap. ive got to do everything. i dont know how to bring it up again. it seems that ive got no choice. they cant come and im pissed off i cant go to the safari park with the guy i like. was gona be an amazing day trip with rhiannon and laura. grrrrr.
