Guest neil ex Posted September 21, 2004 Report Share Posted September 21, 2004 guts on fire of north east scotland have sold 100s of copies of their debut album "thieves with knives and thoughts"yet the fucker still sings with a miserable voice!i actually shifted more copies of the ep 'guts on fire preys on the elderly and takes their money' which caused much controversy and received little press. the album has had pretty poor reviews on a whole picking up comments such as: 'pretentious, nonsensical, depressing and negative', ''music' to hang yourself to', 'the most miserable voice in well, i don't know exactly', ''music' only a suicidal man could relate to', 'guts on fire is clearly a deranged man', 'why doesn't he go do us a favour and hang himself'. i just suggest you keep an open mind when listening to my music, that's all. i'm not sure if some of those comments are good or bad.
