ca_gere
Anyone using this yet? It's utterly awesome.Basic premise is an online radio community. There are various 'rooms' playing different kinds of music and you can join a room to listen, queue a song and become a dj in the room. You have to see it to really get it i suppose. You have to have a friend on facebook who already has access to it to sign up at the moment which is a bit poo. I'm sure it'll be opened up to all soon though.
beetlejuice
It's also unfortunately restricted to the USA.
ca_gere
It's also unfortunately restricted to the USA.Yeah, they blocked international users this wknd. Annoying. This is gonna be the next big player in the online music streaming world though so it's only a matter of time before they let them back in. Ebony
Who cares if they're internationally available if there is 8tracks? What more does a man need?..
FOX
To be honest I think 8tracks has a lot of flaws.
Guest E.C
Largest flaw: Limited to 8 tracks.
FOX
Largest flaw: Limited to 8 tracks.Well, that and the website doesn't really work. It's fair enough that they can't allow the naming of individual tracks and all the other shit they do for licensing but for god's sake let the uploader work more consistently
Ebony
Uhm, as per naming yes, you take the pas with this argument, however I don't see what 8-track limitation you are talking about, because I remember to have listened to mixes with up to like, 23 tracks in them.
