Guest WalkingOnGlass
One band featuring Ex-Members of Alyssa's Wish and Liber8, the other featuring members of The X-Certs and My Mind's Weapon. I'm pretty sure that both bands are gonna sound completely different to anything else seen in Aberdeen, so it'll definitly be worth swinging by for. This also features Contra, which'll be swell.One-Up. Saturday 31st July. 4PM. Bring Safety Helmets.
Dead_Fashion
as im going to the lemon tree anyway think i will pop along to see this... what makes you think this will sound any different than other music in aberdeen??
Guest WalkingOnGlass
Um, I'm in one of the bands, and I've heard some of the others and I'd like to think I'm relatively well-informed as to what circulates in Aberdeen in terms of the local band circuit. I'm not saying that by sounding different it means that the bands will be better or worse than what already exists in our city. A hint of freshness perhaps... soundian
I'd like to think I'm relatively well-informed as to what circulates in Aberdeen in terms of the local band circuit. Relative to what? Not having a dig, just interested in who/what you're informed better than.
Guest WalkingOnGlass
It was a generalising term, it didn't mean that I'm better informed than anything/anyone, but just that I consider myself 'in the know' to a decent degree!
