Steven Milne
hey guysplease notechanged opening times9pm till 11pm - bands11pm afterwards free entryMARCH6th HAZEY JANES2004 saw Dundees Hazey Janes begin to make an impact in their hometown, their self-titled debut six-track release and farewell to tenement blues, soon spreading across Scotland. Later they recoded their first full-length LP Hotel Radio with Josh Rouse and Golden Smog Spanish producer Paco Loco. The new recording took the bands style in a new direction with warm harmonies and the fusing of the grand traditions of Scottish guitar-pop, Alt. Country and twee, that dipps into Nuggets garage and Elephant Six-psych Always a gem to watch live too.www.myspace.com/thehazeyjanes

ClaireFu
Cancelled - according to their myspace anything else happening at DHC instead?I'm afraid so - broken bone of some sort... Sorren Maclean Band and Pasaran will still be playing though, and then the usual DHC dj set-up until 2am.

all_his_engines
Well, we very much enjoyed ourselves. A good night all round, and the Sorren MacLean Band were great! Not sure who the third band were, though.....

Guest idol_wild
No Pasaran are criminally overlooked in this fair city. It's ironic that they got a larger and more attentive audience when they played in Edinburgh recently. For my money, they are possibly one of the most blissful acts in Aberdeen. Guest bluesxman
No Pasaran are the best band in Aberdeen for me right now. They quietly go about their own thing, probably too quietly as I tend to miss a lot of occasions when they are playing...
