Especially when matched to my home-made speaker cab which is painted bright red.The old box was good because it was a bit smaller than the one I'm getting. Handy for getting it in the car.However it was a hassle for opening up to change valves etc, and I think this might give the re-sale value a boost. craig deadenstereo Posted April 13, 2004 Author Report Share Posted April 13, 2004 well, it used to be a 2x12" combo, but I'd got a 4x12", and wanted a seperate head. I ended up selling the original speakers cos I wanted more pedals. Kind of had to do with the fact that we only had one car to take us and all our stuff to gigs. craig deadenstereo Posted April 14, 2004 Author Report Share Posted April 14, 2004 I used to have my second name (Turner) stencilled across the front of it in bright red (same as speaker cab) - but it wasn't done very well, so I sprayed over it in black. You can actually see it through the black in bright lights, but I doctored those photos a little cos I was trying to sell it on ebay.Yeah, the amp has it charms, but it's been like that for a couple of years now.
