Marsh Posted October 30, 2006 Report Share Posted October 30, 2006 I thought is was brilliant, funny, sad and was a great way to bring the curtain down on one of the best loved sitcoms from the BBC in more recent years.I was greetin' when nan died.The wife and I are going back to series one and getting stuck in to them all over again after watching last nights. Guest bluesxman Posted October 30, 2006 Report Share Posted October 30, 2006 It was certainly sad at the end but the laughs were few and far between in my opinion and it was a shadow of the 3 series which were consistently brilliant. It seemed to be forcing an episode out of limited material. For the subject matter, a half hour episode could have sufficed and would perhaps have been better.
