ragudave
I started off a Kitchen Cynics entry on wiki. Can someone edit it a little and make it look a bit better? Or is worthy of deletion as some wiki person thinks?DavePS I did the page without my reading glasses so there may be some obvious mistakes...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kitchen_Cynics
Alan Cynic
I can't see it lasting, Dave It was a kind thought though!
Guest MKII
Why is such a page deemed as worthy of deletion?
Guest DustyDeviada
*anticipates deluge of similar pages for Aberdeen bands followed by complaints when they get removed*
Alan Cynic
I won't complain....I will accept my deletion with dignity.*prepares to kick heels and drum fists on floor*

Guest MKII
So the question is, which criteria did it meet which warrented deletion: vandalism, vanity, lack of content, old creeking bones?

ragudave
So the question is' date=' which criteria did it meet which warrented deletion: vandalism, vanity, lack of content, old creeking bones?Twasn't vandalism as I created the entry, vanity or lack content. But I think I just needed to improve the "notability" of Mr Cynic.....http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:MUSIC
ragudave
*begins planning ways to mete out revenge to MKII*or Alan could use his energy to insert an entry for Mastrick...... http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mastrick&action=edit
Alan Cynic
You get it going, Dave, and I'll add in the bits warning folks about MKII's residence, and the shenanigans going on there with those kangaroo nuns and the artistic fish (the Da Vinci Cod). Alan Cynic
When I was wee the dividing line between Mastrick and Summerhill was the Lang Stracht. Sheddocksley didn't have its independence then...sorry! (This was way back before the foot'n'mouth cows were buried across the road from me....I think I must've got infected, as I keep putting my foot in it). ragudave
You get it going' date=' Dave, and I'll add in the bits warning folks about MKII's residence, and the shenanigans going on there with those kangaroo nuns and the artistic fish (the Da Vinci Cod).[/quote']Mastrick entry started but I could only find dry info. Mastrick needs a famous building, resident, bucketracker or something like that....
Alan Cynic
You could always lie and say Mastrick was the birthplace of some famous Aberdonians....Thomas Blake Glover?Annie Lennox?Denis Law?U-RoyetcOr tell a slight fib about some buildings that are 'more or less' in Mastrick, such as Balmoral Castle or the Mercat Cross.
