Erm, well The Void use a synth! And we would use a hell of a lot more had we the musical talent. I'd really like that middle eastern instrument that i can't remember the name of, but it is in Tool's "Reflection" and the Blade Runner soundtrack - which is so unbelievably awesome, that i might just have to make another post dedicated to it!

i think the key to non experimentation with instrumentation lies in lazyness and processors.
