torn Posted February 20, 2004 Report Share Posted February 20, 2004 I'm looking to try and get ahold of some relatively cheap pedals but ones which are of reasonable quality.Looking for Distortion which is a bit heavier than a Boss Ds-2, possibly the Boss Metal Zone or Marshall Jack Hammer.Also a tuning pedal that either is or is like a TU-2 and maybe a chorus/phaser aswell.Any help would be much appreciated.Cheers. David Posted February 20, 2004 Report Share Posted February 20, 2004 for a heavy metal type distortion, i would check out the Danelectro Paisley Liquid metal as its supposed to be pretty damn goodalso check out the Zoom Tri-metal, they are discontinued now but you could probably get hold of one cheap/secondhand and its also pretty coolfor a tuner, as an alternative to the TU-2 check out the Korg DT-10, ive read lots of good things about it, just as good if not better than the Boss, plus its shiney David Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
