broken_doll Posted July 14, 2005 Report Share Posted July 14, 2005 The reason that we operate a box office collection is that some online ticket companies charge you up to 9 for postage and recorded delivery for tickets.Thus we`d rather save you the extra bit of cash.I once bought 4 Idlewild tickets for Edinburgh and was charged 16 extra. Granted this was with Ticketmaster who are renowned for ripping people off.Usually when we explain this to people they are quite glad of this.Also.... Reel Big Fish are not as big as they once were and thus Moshulu is the largest venue that they could play in Aberdeen. Mainly as there isn`t a 900 capacity ala QMU in Aberdeen.Hope that answers your questions.Rossthanks Ross just to clarify tho....does that mean they have probably refunded the postage (which i assume they initially charged) to my credit card?
