kirkt
The Planeteers are bringing our eco-punk circus around the UK from 15th July in Aberdeen to 26th July in Glasgow, we're going to be stopping in Dundee, Falkirk, Goole, Hull, Leeds, Brighton and Southampton amongst others along the way.Problem being is none us of can drive.. Not too much of a problem. We have friends who can drive. But we need a van and to hire a van you gotta be 21 so if anyone happens to know anyone with a van that we can hire one off despite the fact we're not 21...or alternativley anyone that is 21 and over that might want to drive us about, and hire the van in your name...we'll cover all costs (van hire, petrol money, even pay you for driving us)....or anyone with any bright ideas, please get in touchthanksKirk
New Found Power
That doesn't sound very eco-friendly at all.Although it'd be awesome if you got a transit van, painted it in your blue/green colours and logo, and crudely welded some Batmobile-style fins to the back. But we could always do what the Levellers do and plant trees in every town we play. I doubt anyone would let us paint their van but we could sellotape some fins to the back with cardboard. Recycled cardboard of course.
