  1. The guy is in great health but few years back he took a bad fall and broke his knee cap badly and its never healed properly. So my task is to strengthen his legs back up again and try get him out his walking stick. And possibly get him into a sport i have a lot of contacts in both tennis and badminton so either of them to help him. As bowls is not a sport in my eye

  3. First you add the curry paste then add half a ladel of sugar and a quarter of a ladel of coconut powder. And a quarter of a ladel of flourThen pour in about 200ml of dairy cream mix it all toghether and add chicken takes like 5 mins to cook

    Half a ladle of sugar in a curry.  Gross.

    the korma is the fattyest korma really it tastes lovely. Yet its finer with salt instead of sugar

      

    Right, you replied to Fatboy's post writing 'sounds like I have a competitor' - even though pictures of curries don't make any noise - as if you've got mad curry constructing credentials.

     

    In reality all you do as add some magical, secret paste to chicken and add cream.

    cream sugar and flour. Im being tought to cook actually :)
