Bigfoot's is 3!
To mark three years of Bigfoot our birthday will take place over two cities (and even more venues), as we celebrate the third anniversary of that hazy night through the back of Ad Lib in Glasgow. RockNess, Wizard Festival, factories, warehouses, Sub Club, Snafu, Glasgow Art School, The Riverside, parties morning, noon and night. We've taken our production level to new heights this year, seen residents flourish and shunned conceptions of time with extraordinary opening hours. A huge thank you to everyone for everything.
So, here we go then...
PART 1 -
After years of talking about the Seattle born, Berlin based, head of Clink Recordings and shit hot producer - CAMEA - we're pretty happy to say she'll be joining us at Club Snafu for Pt.1.
She released her first solo EP in 2006 and has achieved a discography of work on labels like Clink, Bpitch Control, Minus, Soma and Get Physical. In 2011 she became the first female producer to ever put music on Richie Hawtin’s Plus 8 label. She also released her first compilation this year on her own imprint titled, Clinkology, in which she spliced, edited and layered twenty tracks from the label’s discography and programmed a 73-minute artistic studio mix.
Her tracks have topped sales and DJ charts on many occasions, and she has shared stages with artists like Ricardo Villalobos, Marco Carola, Magda, Ellen Allien and many others, her technique has put her center stage at some of the world’s hottest clubs and festivals like Amore, Fusion, Berghain, Space, Fuse, Club Der Visionaere and Watergate. Since her relocation to Berlin in 2007 she has become one of the handful of women from America to make it to the international stage for her genre.
We are delighted to host her with Snafu for the first installment of Bigfoot's third birthday. Six days later, it's on to the Sub Club in Glasgow for Part 2!!!

This Friday is the turn of producer/deejay/33% Hessle Audio boss and relentlessly energetic music man Pangaea. Foundering father of Hessle, one of the most talked up labels in bass quarters, Pangaea has spearheaded the hotly debated dub/tech/step/whatever movement, touring Europe at a rate of knots. Fans will have noted label mate Blawan's massive performance at Snafu in September - come back for more as Dubpressure host with their debut in our basement.

Fireworks ahoy!
Safe to say we are pretty excited for this - Hermanez, a Belgian producer with strong Latin roots, has gained praise for his style in every corner of the world from Villablobos to Loco Dice. He has DJ skills to match the high quality of his own tracks, making waves across Europe as resident at Cafe d'Anvers, Circo Loco and ADE. When we first met him he still worked a day job in a factory, though it didn't take long for his productions to be picked up by the major labels. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy either.

Spencer Parker Bio:
As a UK producer now an adopted child of Berlin, Spencer has guested at all of the cities best clubs including Watergate, Bar 25, Arena, Wilde Renate and Weekend, as well as continuing his highly successful appearances for the Rekids label at the world famous Panorama Bar.
Spencer's production career began in 2005 and has since seen him release on respected labels such as Tsuba, Liebe*Detail, Saved, Crosstown Rebels, Nite Grooves, Area Remote, Word and Sound, Buzzin' Fly, King Street, Ovum and Rekids. Having been a big part of the Rekids label since its inception, in 2009 Spencer was also charged with mixing the labels first compilation (entitled "Rekids Revolution") which received rave reviews and was accompanied by an extensive tour.
Having him in Aberdeen is a pleasure.

Roster boss Boom Monk Ben brings his young gun HaHaHa for what will be the rising stars second performance in Aberdeen, after a sold out gig at Snafu in June.
HaHaHa recently dubbed with heavyweight title "the new sound of electronic music...coming out of Glasgow" has at only 22 years young, been touring the UK establishing himself as heir to the crown. The kid is also found as a resident at Sub Club (HYP!) and The Arches (Death Disco) - so the credentials are there.
Support for his latest EP comes in the format of global players Modeselektor, Ben Klock, Sinden, A-Trak, DJ Mehdi, The Revenge, LuckyMe, Optimo, Malente, Teki Latex and Martyn.
