Anyone seen this absolutely brutal challenge? I'm struggling to think of a worse one I've seen, ever.

 

Bit of simulation there I think...

Most things post-rock are spaff-worthy for me so I like these. I don't mind the spoken stuff but it seemed too loud to begin with, seemed to balance out later though. I hope to get along on the 22nd but it will be my 3rd weekend out in a row which is the craziest my life has been in some time so we will see.

Tonight - Gonna have a taste of some home brewed ale I've been brewing and scoff chicken.

Tomorrow - Work my last ever Saturday then get pissed to celebrate getting a new job.

Sunday - Regret how much I've drunk the night before and watch films.

We certainly get loud when we play live

The loud, LOUD, LOUDER thing is something we've noticed ourselves since we recorded these tunes and we're working on moving away from that approach.

We've recorded a couple tunes and would like to know what people think.

These are still works in progress so go easy on us! 

Second one is a reworking of a tune we wrote a while ago but with drums, bass and more overall structure.

It can be heard here without the spoken word over the top if you find it distracting!

The Business Update was completely underwhelming. I can't be fucked with any of the cars, since I have an almost fully tuned car for every class. Haven't played all the missions yet but they couple I did felt throw together and boring.

I might just stop playing and play Loadout instead. Which is free-to-play on Steam.

Not technically from Aberdeen but there is a fella from Macduff ripping it up at the moment...

Everyone is so much nicer in real life than on here!

My gig going is hampered by the fact it's about a 90 mile round trip to Aberdeen for me. I still attend as much as I can though! 

Plus I thought this was all about recorded material. I would be happy to contribute regularly to something along the lines of what Alkaline has proposed.

There is a joiner doing work for my neighbor at the moment that is the double of Waltz. So much so when I bumped into him the carpark I actually said hello.

Still playing WoW. Been dabbling with Dead Space 3 as well. DS3 is nowhere near as scary as the first one

A 5 watt tube amp will be so much louder than a 30 watt solid state combo.

Surely the MG30 can't be ASBO loud? Champ 30's aren't particularly loud either. Only way I can see you getting any quieter is one of those plug in vox amp things, that or headphones.

Those are pretty low wattage amps. What kinda thing you looking for?

Bastile are just dreadful full stop. God awful band to listen too. 

Them and Imagine Dragons are two of the worst bands in existence. 

I'm all about loud. Everything is better loud!
