  1. Hey!

Looking to sell some of my gear to save for a new head,

So i have a Fender Tom delonge Stratocaster in green. Quite a rare strat considering they are no longer in production.

The model he used in Blinks' early days and is fitted with a Seymour Duncan Invader pickup which to be honest is one of the nicest pick-ups available in my opinion.

Gives you that really high output crunchy chainsaw sound which delonge is renound for, plus a nice clean twangy sound.

    Rosewood neck and tortoiseshell scratchplate.

    Rarley used and gigged twice.

Has one scratch on the back.

    Comes with gig bag.

Looking for 350 for a quick sale.

2nd item is a Mrashall MGDFX 100 watt head.

Has 2 channels (distortion and clean) plus loads of effects, and quite frankly is loud as fuck.

Really good amp and ideal for practice/gigging.

Only had it for a year and its in immaculate condition.

Im only selling it because i want a valve head.

    Comes with a kettle lead.

I want 180 for it....... but i could chuck in the angled 4 x 12 matching cab and sell the the head and cab for 250

Sorry, but i dont have any pics cos my camera is pooped.

But i can arrange for you to try the gear before you buy.

PM me if you are interested.

    Cheers :)

  2. Wait, there's a fuse in the amp as well as the plug?

Do you know where he gets it sorted and how much it costs?

He does it himself - sometimes on stage!!!!

Yeah its under the cover at the very back about where the kettle point is.

Take the cover off and you'll see it.

the fuses cost 11 pence and you can get them from pretty much anywhere that sells that sort of thing. They are'nt specialist or anything.

cant remember the Amp of fuse........ but open it up and check the existing fuse, youll get the number off that.

  3. Fuses.

Happens to our other guitar player (Napz) all the time.

His JCM 2000 blows a fuse nearly every week - needs to get it professionally fixed.

Wireless systems can also affect your fuses.

Temp fix is replacing the fuse - cheap and easy to do, but it might not prevent it from happening again.

  4. Towers of London at Tunnels...........

    So much fail.

    Korova instead!

Next AID show - Thursday 11th March at Tunnels With Loss for words + their support

Aberedeen support comes from us ,dead end and grader.

    Be there :)

    Decent!

    Go to this!!!!!!

Head down early cos we are on 1st (i think)

    So be there for 7:30!

Great line-up of bands so head down :)

  5. Oh and to Bob Knight! AID are different from ATM and Heller State in so many ways Autumn In Disguise are more along the lines of The Wonder Years/Set Your Goals sort of pop punk where as Heller State are more Green Day (lol)/Blink type punk and Avoid The Morning being some sort of weird indie/pop/punk/shite brand.

    :)

    A fair summary :)
