    Hey all

    My pedals list has run on to 2 pages in 9 point type, so it is with rare rationality but heavy heart that I offer a few to new homes...

    Some funky, some staples.

    Priced according to condition and current ebay trends. Do you rresearch and you will see these are fair each. Postage extra at cost.

    I didn't factor in Paypal's excruciating overcharges, so if you must feed the de'il, please figure that on top (is it 4%? owch!)

    SVP-Pro bass preamp.

    5 valves

    1U rack format.

    Clean and happy.

    250 including delivery within the 'normal price' area

    The SVP Pro preamp is the front end for the SVT Pro range of integrated amps. SAme as in an SVT-3 Pro.

    Recently discontinued but not replaced in the product line up.

    Lots of tone shaping with the usual 5 midrange voice options and the graphic sliders.

    All the ins and outs you could want for live and recording links.

    And its an Ampeg.

    Last lowest online price I could find was 430 from Dolphin Music.

    Last ebay sale was 260 for an older one which turned out to have some issues (hiya, Gav!).

    This one is in great shape and only 250.

    Remember, this is a preamp so you will need to run it through a power amp to drive your speakers.

    Lakland 55-02 Skyline 5.

    Early/second year of issue, so assembly and all electrics USA.

    All 'real USA' Bartolini stuff. :up:

    Natural with black plate (not screwed on, so you have the choice of a beautiful unmarked top or nat/black). Only a couple of wee marks.

    Huge output, full-on presence and authority, best low B in the planet.

    It gives my Trace head the 'OK, here we go' feel that I got from my oldMesa Big Block 750.

    I tried it against the shelf stock at guitarguitar (which they tolerated, but did not love 8-)) and it is actually hard to compare them: this one is an American guitar made in Korea, and theirs were (ace, but) Korean guitars, if you see what I mean.

    Fully pro setup and fresh strung.

    700 in a decent gigbag.

    The key to getting a sound out of a DSL 201 or 401 is to put in a good driver. Pop in a VIntage 30 or a Greenback Reissue (depending on taste) and you have a completely different amp. I reckon it was designed with a Greenback and then the accountants got hold of things...
