  1. One thing I was looking for that is still missing, my biggest complaint, is that you can't cycle kill streaks. So you'll end up with your UAV buried under your other killstreaks when you need it most. You'll be looking for a spy plane so you know where to place that all important attack chopper or napalm strike but you can't access it until you use said chopper/strike etc.

Yeah that would be a great feature, although you can use the spy plane to help you build your streak, since they don't chain.

Roll on payday. MW2 is so full of campy dregs now. Some muppet today msg'd me and called me a try hard for dropshotting in the killcam. FFS, a million cheap knifings and campers galore but I'm the prick. Hopefully the l33t MW2 community all hate Black Ops and won't buy it because they gimped quickscope lol.

  2. For free.

Not so, you pay for it through taxation and you probably only got mere codeine I suspect. vicodin is a beautiful thing, worth crossing the Mexican border for a good bulk deal even.

I had a high deductible on that healthcare plan so that's why I paid out of pocket. I've had better.

  3. For comparison, when I sprained my ankle in America, I had an X-Ray done in the same building, got an ankle brace fitted, a pair of crutches and a lovely big bottle of drugs. I didn't even get a prescription, he just said have that, but watch there might be double strength vicodins in there.

$550 though, there is a downside.

  4. GP's are shite. They never do anything, other than tell you to come back if it persists, and when it does, they still do nothing.

Yeah my GPs a cunt. Doesn't listen, gives me the 'there's nothing wrong with you line' and then after finally agreeing that maybe I could do with seeing a specialist, refuses me a referral to a podiatrist because I'm 'not old enough' so he sends me to the physio instead.

The physio was great, he hooked me up with a place to order inserts but hew couldn't really do much for me because he isn't a podiatrist.

So that was a waste of time and public money. I went private in the end, is there any point to this NHS thing if its precious resources re jealously guarded by retards?

  5.

This isn't the dick van dyke thread ;) I know what you mean but the principle is not about who organises a protest. Class has nothing to do with whether or not this is a good idea.

Fair play to them IMO, but I feel my instincts are good as:

    a) involves Facefuck, therefore tainted by retards, standard.

    b) criticises council for NOT spending money.

    c) no decent journalism on the issue (P&J lol)

  6. I feel really sorry for all of those kids with potential that will never know it. Another case of the conservative principal of "if you've got money then you can afford to do it". Big society, more like shit society.

Probably got 400 phones though, more realistically. Do you know of these destitute urchins who queue at the library to organise protests on Facebook?

  7. Never mind sammich, Americans calling a burger a sandwich is insane. How would I like my sandwich? I don't know, I'm sure as hell not going to cut it in half like my American friend here seems to be attempting. Have you all gone mad and you need a British person to show you how to eat your own food? Don't pile it up like that if you can't get your mouths round it

  8. Helium is the second most abundant element in the universe. I don't think we've got much to worry about for a while.

Yes but it's mostly in gas giants and stars. I didn't realise this until I read about it but we can only get it from natural gas on Earth.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Space Capitalism is the only solution to our Earthly problems but those pinkos/greens (mauves?) want to stop us.

  9. Not particularly tight, W7 needs 16GB free space for installing 32 bit and 20GB free for installing 64 bit versions. Once installed they require less.

I suppose if he sticks the bulk of his applications on the 1TB that might actually be feasible, although i just did a fresh install and it took out 90GB for the usual stuff and a few Steam games.

  10. I'm with 02. I've had great service from them. A word of warning though, they've recently brought in new T&Cs with crazy traffic shaping. They haven't actually implemented it on my line (yet) but if they do I'll probably shift.

I've already got that with Plusnet but at least they give you a table to explain where they're doing it and when.

Can't get o2 according to their website.

  11. My Pc build i'm going to be using a 40gb SSD to run my OS and a few of the heavier programs and hold all my files on a 1tb HDD. Just sayin' gonna be SAWEEEEET. Should have it up and running in the next month/6 weeks if i'm unlucky.

That seems a little tight for Windows. Can Windows 7 not just use it for swap space or something?
