Right ... another attempt at getting something started with old geezers visiting this forum. Lets hear from you. We all have done it before I expect so you'll all know what's required and expected. I guess we all have stacks of gear cluttering up the spare room so it's just the impossible task of geting some like minded folks together - with their partners blessing. I'll happily play rhythm/2nd lead or bass and sing BV's ... let's hear from you .. I would expect to be doing Classic covers for grown ups like ourselves or whatever. Who knows if there's a glut (aye right) of responses maybe a couple of bands could evolve. If you've already bought the Volvo and flat cap then it's too late to be saved ...

Old Guitarist Geezer Wanted Hi, Don't know if you've found anyone yet but I'm 50 and looking to play again. I've historically always played in 'function' bands so have plenty of 'gigging' experience but willing to tackle anything. I'm a solid rythm guitarist with vocals and some lead - don't know if that's any help to you. I have broad influences and enjoy most styles except obvious shit - I prefer melody and harmony. I have Fender Amp, Strat & Telecaster, Gibson Les Paul and recently bought a Line 6 guitar that models heaps of guitar sounds including acoustics. I'm happy to meet at Captain Toms for a jam.
