You canna beat a mock chop supper and a jumbo sausage from the dolphin at three in the morning, mmmmmm! The worst has to be my old local in sheddocksley, the three star fish bar.........personally i think they've added two extra stars!! Why would yoou call it the THREE star fish bar, its like saying " we're a very average chipper ". Its ever since that chinese dude took over, thats when chippers go bad. No offence intended.

I don't find him funny. He is a relic of a different time. I don't really think about political correctness that much' date=' however i do have a moral streak that tell's me when something just isn't right. I wouldn't like a comedian overtly offending anyone in a rascist or sexist way in the exact same way i would take offence to a complete stranger doing it. The political correctness arguement is stale and runs in circles, people should rely on their moral judgement.
An example is Jim Davidson. Fair enough he is a comedian and he makes a living with jokes. He makes jokes about "spastics" and my brother is severly disabled. Should i laugh just because he is a comedian? Am i being a PC thug or is he just being an insensative prick?[/quote']
He's still funnier than Ben Elton though!!

There's me thinking the 3 piece band had been booked to perhaps all play in goal' date='the drums and keyboards would be a bastard to get a ball past.[/quote']
Especially the singers massive moon like face.

A lot of money to pay someone who's over the hill. I don't believe he left Man U because of the fall-out on MUTV. He's always been an asshole' date=' it's just that Feguson knows he's not so good anymore.[/quote']
Be that as it may, the state the scottish games in he'll still rape every other midfielder up here. But they cant expect Lennon and Keane to play together, they're both in thier mid-thirties with very similar styles.
-
I would agree with that. I don't actually like him very much' date=' but I find him funny when I haven't seen him for ages.[/quote']
Ditto. If you read why i started this thread its because i didnt think id like his caveman style comedy but once in the presence of a naturally funny guy then everything becomes comical!! No.......................??
-
No' date=' I'm not really one for mocking people on the basis of their appearance, given how I look it would be like throwing stones in a glass house.[/quote']
I didnt want to mention that mate, i just thought it was a bad photo in your avatar.
-
The only good thing he's done was his role in League of Gentleman.
Sexism and racism just aren't funny' date=' no matter who's making the joke.[/quote']
Oooh, very highbrow. I take it you dont laugh when someone farts either?!
I dont think its big or clever, but it was funny.

Had a ticket to go see oasis for last night but as ive seen them about 15 times i thought id take my mate up on his offer on a chubby ticket and it was fuckin amazing! I didnt think id like it as im more into Gervais/Coogan stuff but he was really good, im gonna get some of his dvd's so i can spread the dirty word!
Any one else catch him?

Stir Crazy, best film ever, him and Wilder were awesome together, hear no evil, see no evil a close second. He even made Superman III good, thats talent!

this place is decent as fuck!!! ive been at toms for like 4 or 5 years now' date=' used exile a couple of times aswell, but recently started a new band, and the keyboard player happens to be one of the owners for musical dreams. weve had ONE practice there, and i can safely say it is better than toms and exile. there are only two rooms, so they dont have thr capacity to beat toms on that, but the sound is unbeatable. i think a lot of the experienced bands out there shelling out for toms should seriously consider checking out musical dreams. u will not be dissapointed[/quote']
Was there last night and it was shit hot, think we'll use it all the time now, Cheers!!

I heard it for the first time on Radio 1 too. Then they played a clip of Shredder and you can tell it is him...even though he is putting on a villian voice.
