  4. Interested in your speaker cables & mics. Are they XLR both ends? And what are the lengths
  5. Fair one, but thats our name and thats our songs. Anyone else or are we looking in the wrong place
  6. I think at the end of the day as far as expression goes, both real drummers and drum machines have enless possibilities both of which can amazing results which cant be compared with each other. On a personall level though i think its down to inspiration or the ability to inspire. Sure you can make a 600 bpm 7 minute drum solo on a machine which will defy anything anyone has ever heard but comparing that too a real drummer in full flow, running on pure adrenalin, you cant compare. No machine ever can display the emotions or show the energy of a real drummer. A drummer in a band can turn a bland gig into something amazing just by giving it more which in turn amplifies through the rest of the band.
  7. Im selling a Marshall VS65R. Its a really good amp but I never use it so its for sale Here it is.... Spec, 65 Watt Valvestate power stage into 1x12" speaker. ECC83 [12AX7] pre-amp valve active on both channels. Two seperate channels 'Clean' and 'Overdrive'. Treble, Middle and Bass controls plus Tone Shift switch for tonal options on the Clean channel. Gain, Volume, Treble, Bass and dramatic Contour control on the Overdrive channel. Built-in spring Reverb. Headphone jack [which mutes the internal speaker]. Line Out jack for connection to external equipment. There is nothing wrong with this amp. If you are interested email kidencan@hotmail.com and make an offer. Or just post here
  8. My Poetic Tragedy looking for Aberdeen Gigs! Hey, My Poetic Tragedy have just recruited a new drummer (ex-methods Jamie) and are looking to play Aberdeen soon. Can any one help us out in any way? Or point us in a direction Thanks Chris http://www.myspace.com/mypoetictragedymusic
  9. My Poetic Tragedy seek new drummer. Must be dedicated to jammin and giggin, and have a good standard of playing. This is a great opportunity to join a new up and coming band, who are already starting to make a name for themselves in Moray. Recently they supported Paulo Nutini who is now getting regular radio time, and a slot on the BBCs Jools Holland program. Impressed with MPT, Paulo offered them a future gig in Glasgow. MPT will also support Life Blind on their northern tour. You can get a listen of us at http://www.myspace.com/mypoetictragedymusic We also have a few gigs lined up which are also posted on our myspace. The band are based in Moray, ages 16-25. If your interested post here or give Chris Duncan a msg on kidencan@hotmail.com. Cheers

  13. Has anyone had any experience with these. I have the model before this but came across problems in the end i.e losing quality transfering it on to a computer for burning, lack of inputs. But this new model seems to have cracked all the glitches i could find with the old model. Just wondering if its really worth forking out the cash. Is anyone been in my situation? Bonus too there getting cheaper by the day too
