Ah the red box, I remember what is in it from their last fantastic
gig in Aberdeen. Really looking forward to their return, the new cd
is fabulous.
-
I reckon Lemon Tree Perhaps?
But then the prices might be sky high.
Boredoms in a good venue at a reasonable cost would sell out up here i reckon.
Is there a venue suitable for their amazing gear set-up?

Fulborn Teversham got a great four star review in todays
newspaper
-
ive decided after due consideration, that thiis is gig of the week
without doubt the best one of the week, really looking forward to it.

Yes yes yes.
Who are support?
i'm sure the guys will come up with something appropriate,
its just great that TMS are coming back, they were magnificent
last time & the tunnels had a wonderful atmosphere :]

I think 9 is a bit pricey, but the bands, I'm sure, have the ability to command quite a fee. I do hope to be at this one - for Kling Klang if nothing else!
I think it was 8 or 9 for 65days @ Moshulu the last time & that was with some electro guy in support, so for 9 plus the superb Kling Klang, I think its great value. I saw 65days @ the Tunnels before that & they were awesome. We will certainly be in for this

I think France has a restriction on public photograpghy without consent, this seems a crazy crass idea taking it one step further

-
plus imp regulars in attendance will get a lovely surprise with regard to the Triptych Festival launch

i seem to remember the time I saw them @ The Tunnels there was an amazing atmosphere & a great deal of excitement when they were on stage.
-
a rare saturday night at the tunnels for imp, but this line up will be rather fine:-
Pit er Pat (Thrill Jockey)
Quack Quack
&
Fulborn Teversham
are the mindblowing new group of Seb Rochford, the extraordinarily in-demand and prolific drummer/composer. The line-up also includes Pete Wareham (Acoustic Ladyland, Polar Bear) on saxophone, Nick Ramm (Cinematic Orchestra, Clown Revisted) on keyboards, and vocalist Alice Grant (also with Leafcutter John). The group pursues a more eclectic, less overtly jazz direction than Polar Bear, incorporating elements of electronica, Henry Cow-style prog and post punk. With clever balancing of cosmic and acoustic sounds, Fulborn Teversham offer up an intimate and thrilling futuristic improvisational post-jazz, post-punk chamber music. Their debut album, 'Count Herbert II' is available now from Pickled Egg.
that looks great & the fulborn T track sounds sounds pretty wonderful
