Since everyone seems to have lots of opinions on guitar modding today: Where do people recommend buying guitar parts? 

Specifically looking for Strat pickup mounting rings like for a rear routed guitar, and pickup height screws and springs. I'd rather be able to order the all at once rather than piecing together different ebay orders.

My goal is to start up another silly tech band like KCHGH was. I miss doing that.

No releases on my part this year (Bisongrass album was last year).

Just wrote more Bisongrass stuff and done a bunch of good gigs (supporting ANVIL probably being the highlight), reignited 'Thanks For Nothing' after 4 years and toured with Filthpact in October when the Chulo split came out.

It has been a lot of fun this year. Looking forward to next year for sure.

I have a ceramic Warpig (standard spec is alnico) in the Dime. You'll have to give it a shot and see what you think. 

Try Aaron's Les Paul as well - that has an alnico Warpig in it. 

They're great. It is exactly what I'd recommend you to go for.

I bought my girlfriend a slow cooker 2 years ago. Been used twice I think. The fatal flaw in it is if you want your stew or whatever to be ready when you finish work you have to be up chopping onions and dicing beef at 7 in the morning.

Your lack of awareness of something like chorizo until somewhat recently doesn't mean that it extends to everyone else. Are pepperoni toppings on pizzas too out there as well?

I had a godlike baby sandwich the other day:

Sliced tiger bread, chicken liver & chorizo pate onto the bread, applewood smoked cheese on top of half of the pate, slices of chorizo on top of the cheese, fold the rest of the pate covered bread onto the top of the chorizo.

I'm going to have another one just now since my appetite calls for it following this post.
